Sirkula IKS shall enter into an agreement for the procurement of two wheel loaders (one large wheel loader and one medium-sized wheel loader) with any options that are given in text and tables in Appendix 1A and Appendix 1B, respectively. The contracting authority wants to procure new wheel loaders. The wheel loaders shall be delivered with an option for a service agreement. The service agreement should be offered for at least 5 years from contract signing with an option for extension.
The total financial scope of the procurement is estimated to NOK 5 million for the procurement of wheel loaders. Option for service agreements will be additional.

The large wheel loader shall be in operation at Heggvin waste disposal site.
The wheel loader will be used to perform the heaviest tasks at the Heggvin waste plant.
The large wheel loader must have a total weight in the range of 24 to 29 tonnes, with a lifting capacity of minimum 17 tonnes.
The total estimated value for the procurement of the two wheel loaders is NOK 5 million excluding VAT. Service agreements are to be added.

The medium-sized wheel loader shall be used at the Heggvin waste plant and shall be used for lighter work than the large wheel loader. The wheel loader must have a total weight in the range of 15 - 17.5 tonnes, with a lifting capacity of minimum 8.5 tonnes.
The wheel loader must have a maximum length of 6.80 m from the fastening point on the bucket to the back weight of the machine to ensure that the machine can be operated in the baler hall.
The estimated total value is NOK 5 million excluding VAT for each of the wheel loaders. A service agreement will be added to the estimate.
The stated contract period applies to the service agreement.
