The subject of this contract is comprehensive investor's supervision within the meaning of the Polish construction law over the design and construction works (contract formula: design and build) carried out as part of the task "Corrective actions in the field of waterproofing of the underground part of the building of the Silesian Museum in Katowice.

1. The subject of this contract is comprehensive investor's supervision. The design and construction work covered by the supervision covers the following sectors:

1) construction and construction,

2) electric and low-current,

3) sanitary,

4) road,

5) green areas.

2. The core Investor Supervision team shall consist of:

1) Team Manager – supervision coordinator,

2) Inspector of supervision of construction works,

3) Inspector of supervision of electrical and low-voltage works,

4) Sanitary works supervision inspector,

5) Road works supervision inspector,

6) Inspector of supervision of green areas.

3. Deadline of the order

1) The Contractor will be obliged to start performing the subject of this contract after the conclusion of the contract with the contractor of construction works (in the design and execute construction works formula) covering the repair of waterproofing along with accompanying works of the building of the Silesian Museum in Katowice, subject to the provisions of point 2) below (Chapter III, paragraph 4, point 2) of the SWZ). The Contracting Authority shall inform the Contractor in writing about the commencement of the implementation of the subject of the contract at least 10 days in advance. The approximate date of conclusion of the contract with the construction works contractor is the fourth quarter of 2023.

2) If the contract for the execution of construction works is not concluded within 8 months from the date of conclusion of the contract for the performance of this contract, the Contractor will not be obliged to perform this contract and may withdraw from the contract. In this case, the Contractor will not be entitled to remuneration or any compensation in this respect. At the same time, it is noted that the Parties allow for the possibility of starting the implementation of this contract, after 8 months from the conclusion of the contract, with the consent of the Contractor.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ") is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ. In addition, the Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract, in accordance with the essential provisions of the contract - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
