The present contract concerns the acquisition and recycling of waste paper-cardboard from

household origin from selective collection from Verko, to be disposed of from the

transhipment of Verko, Bevrijdingslaan 201, in Dendermonde.

This service is part of Fost Plus' obligation to take back household

packaging waste in accordance with the Cooperation Agreement. To this end, the contracting authority

an agreement concluded with Fost Plus, the approved household organisation

Packaging waste. The latter will reimburse the services or obtain the proceeds that the
