In accordance with the terms and conditions of the special specifications, the tenderer undertakes, vis-à-vis the contracting authority, to ensure the delivery, integration and implementation of videoconferencing equipment for meeting rooms.

In accordance with the terms and conditions of these special specifications, the tenderer undertakes, vis-à-vis the contracting authority, to ensure the delivery, integration and implementation of videoconferencing equipment for meeting rooms.

This framework agreement also includes:

- assistance and advice in defining the order relating to the need expressed by a department of the institution;

- the supply of videoconferencing terminals compatible with the Microsoft Teams institutional system;

- supply of sound recording, image and content sharing systems and associated cabling;

- the supply of specific furniture;

- the assembly and installation of all the elements, including the wiring and related protections, in the meeting room concerned, in relation to the person responsible for the order;

- the supply of any software licenses, except those licensed by Microsoft for which the CUSL already have a framework agreement;

- the configuration of the delivered system in line with the demands of the service and in relation to the Information and Systems DPT;

- user training;

- supply of technical documentation and user manuals;

- the supply of accessories;

- the provision of an on-site or remote intervention service in the event of breakdowns;

- provision of server and terminal configuration services.
