1. The subject of the order is:

1) “Performance of illuminated vertical marking on PPS-12" at Fryderyk Chopin Airport in Warsaw;

2) “Adjustment of the pre-RWY 33 waiting place signage on TWY A8 to the actual status of EASA infrastructure and regulations”.

1. The subject of the order is:

1. “Performance of illuminated vertical marking on PPS-12" at Fryderyk Chopin Airport in Warsaw”, including:

a. the performance, with the participation of the Contracting Authority, of an inventory of the site on which the work involved will be carried out;

b. Implementation of the implementation project on the basis of the Functional-Utility Programme (PF-U) and the arrangement of the above documentation in the

c. Supply of materials according to the parameters specified in the OPZ and detailed description of the object of the order;

d. the execution of construction works on the basis drawn up by the Contractor

and approved design documentation by the Contracting Authority;

2. “Adjustment of the signage of the waiting place before RWY 33 on TWY A8 to the actual status of EASA infrastructure and regulations”, including:

a. the performance, with the participation of the Contracting Authority, of an inventory of the site on which the work involved will be carried out;

b. Implementation Project on the basis of the Functional-Use Programme (PF-U);

c. the performance of Construction Works, including:

— dismantling two stop bar characters on DK-A8 together

with foundations and their disposal,

— dismantling the secondary sewer system between the foundation and the primary sewer system,

— the installation of three bases provided by the Contractor for signs and three illuminated vertical marks,

— the execution of raiding ramps around the bases for the signs, in accordance with the requirements of EASA,

— execution of secondary cable plumbing for installed signs,

— connection of the above vertical characters to the primary circuits,

— carrying out the calibration of the CCR regulator of vertical signs SGN-A8-1;

d. the execution of post-construction documentation in accordance with the guidelines in the description of the subject of the contract.
