The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a framework agreement for a single contractor for Moe for the purpose of rehabilitating 117 housing units and restructuring the outdoor spaces, located at 48, rue de Wattignies and 44, rue des Meuniers Paris 12th.

This single-contractor framework agreement will make it possible to establish the terms governing the contracts to be awarded over the duration of the framework agreement and in particular to specify the terms and conditions for determining the prices of the services envisaged, each of which will give rise to the conclusion of subsequent contracts.

the MS, which will be used when the needs arise, will specify the characteristics and methods of implementation which have not been laid down in the framework agreement.
