AGB City Development Hasselt is currently working on the construction of an underground parking called 'Parking Blauwe Boulevard'. This parking in Hasselt is part of a huge, inner-city development with around 400 residential units, around 22,000 m 2 retail and an underground parking complex that also accommodates the following functions in addition to a public parking:

- a private, residential parking with 504 parking spaces, distributed over different individual locations within the project (which are not part of the contract),

- a joint loading and unloading quay for heavy goods traffic,

- various commercial spaces at quay level.

The public parking has a capacity of approximately 1 830 parking spaces. This contract is a public service contract and relates to (1) the equipment, (2) the management and (3) the maintenance of the underground Blue Boulevard Parking.

1) The 'equipment' part of this contract mainly consists of the delivery and installation of equipment for operation (barriers, payment terminals, cameras, etc.). This part also includes the delivery and installation of certain technical equipment;

2) The 'management' part of the current contract mainly consists of the operation of the parking facility thus equipped. The exploitation includes in particular the daily management of the parking (access control, first line contacts, intervention [...]) and monitoring and control;

3) The 'maintenance' part of this contract consists mainly of the maintenance of everything concerning the parking except the equipment not installed by him (ie the contractor is responsible for the maintenance of the installations provided by the contractor and the maintenance of the operating equipment to guarantee the level of service (maintenance, cleaning, repairs ...), except escalators, lifts and parking guidance.

All income generated by the exploitation is collected on behalf of the client on its own account. The contractor receives a fixed monthly fee for the use of parking facilities and services (management / operation and maintenance). The pricing of the parking is determined by the client.

The assignment has a duration of 2 years, which can be extended annually by 1 year each with a maximum duration of the entire assignment of 5 years. In the event that the client decides to extend the assignment, this must be communicated to the contractor at least 4 months before the assignment ends.
