Purchase order market with a maximum of 2,400 vouchers, these vouchers must be able to be used for foodstuffs, basic necessities and / or services. The service will include:

- manufacture or edition of vouchers,

- edition for each voucher, of the establishment or establishments or the voucher can be used-packaging and delivery

In order to limit travel, the vouchers must be able to be used in a limited area accessible on foot for beneficiaries from the Fenouillet center. The total value of a voucher will be 150 EUR, they must be declined in different values to reach this total (ex: 6 vouchers of 20 EUR and 3 vouchers of 10 EUR). This detail should be specified in the explanatory note. Period of validity until 31.12.2020. The contract may be awarded to a single service provider or to a joint or several group of service providers.
