Description:
Supply of disposable medical devices

The main subject of the contract is the supply of disposable medical devices, wound and skin disinfection products and articles for Central Sterilization.

The Ordering Party allows products other than a medical device to be offered only in certain positions. In such a situation, it is permissible to offer medicinal products, biocidal products, cosmetics or pharmaceutical raw materials.

Detailed information indicating which of the offered products does not have to be a medical device is indicated for each Part separately in Annex 2 to the SWZ.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract containing information about the assortment, quantities and its requirements has been specified in the price form constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ

The validity period of the offered subject of the contract may not be shorter than 12 months from the date of each delivery.
