Drywall construction work without daycare
The Mainz Bürgerhäuser GmbH & Co. KG intends to renovate the community center in the Lerchenberg district in terms of energy and fire protection, convert it and expand it with two extensions (daycare center and dance sports club).
The grounds of the community center Lerchenberg are located in Mainz's Lerchenberg district in a residential area. The property is extensive and is bordered by a large park-like forest to the south. In the upper northern part is the community center with an attached public car park. The entrances can be reached via northern Hebbelstraße on the one hand and via western Büchner Allee on the other.
The existing building will be preserved, converted and adapted to the required new uses through appropriate conversion measures. The building will be completely renovated and adapted to current usage requirements.
The required uses in the community center include the local administration, the district management, the youth center, the senior center and an optional restaurant.
The new construction of the planned 4-speed day care center will be added in the southeast and complements the citizen-oriented offer of the ensemble. The daycare center is closely linked to the Community Center - functionally but self-sufficient. The new kindergarten building will be single-storey, with a flat roof and a PV system. The new building of the hall of the dance sports center "Rot - Weiß" is connected to the existing building of the Bürgerhaus transversely to the main orientation in the south. This new building will also be equipped with a PV system.
In drywall construction, in addition to shaft and facing walls, mainly wall and ceiling constructions are installed. Plasterboard ceilings with square perforations and smooth border friezes are planned for the community center. In wet areas, smooth GK ceilings with ventilation joints are installed. Inspection flaps are installed in the edge frieze according to the planning.
