- the purpose of the contract is the staggered supply of specific tools and other tools,

- the contract will have a duration of 3 years as from the notification of its attribution,

-The contract will be renewed once for a period of one year, unless terminated by one of the parties notified by registered letter mailed at least 6 months before the end of the term of 3 years.

It has 2 lots that can be awarded separately:

- lot 1: specific hand tools: these are specific hand tools used mainly by our central garage agents to carry out their work in automobile mechanics,

- lot 2: various hand and power tools: these are portable hand and electric tools for our central garage mechanics and our agents as part of their mission of public cleanliness.
