The Norwegian Police Service consists of The National Police Directorate, the 12 police districts and 6 specialised bodies. The Norwegian Police Service has around 15 500 employees that together form a unified police force.

The police want to procure an electronic recruitment tool that shall safeguard the established processes for recruiting in the police and assist with further development.

The police want a recruitment tool that safeguards both potential applicants, applicants, HR/personnel employees and managers' needs for a safe, secure, effective and simple recruitment process.

The Police's objective with the procurement is i.a. that the recruitment tool shall be part of creating a comprehensive recruitment process in the police that shall give applicants a positive experience.

a) Procurement of recruiting tool in the police force;

The objective with the prior information notice is to inform the market about the general requirements and expectations we have of the procurement, as well as to collect information to be able to execute a competition on verbatim terms.

The procurement is expected to be announced before July 2016.
