The purpose of the Contracting Authority is to select and contract (result-oriented contract) a Tenderer for the implementation of this project.
The assignment consists of 2 parts:
• 1st part: work to be carried out in 2019
• 2nd part: work to be carried out in 2020
It concerns the execution of the work with regard to the transition to valuation on user area (GBO). The GBT provides this transition for the municipalities. Per municipality a slightly different work assignment may be carried out (this is the result of the different recording of data in BAG and WOZ administration)
The assignment consists initially of the first part. After an evaluation, at the end of 2019, it will be decided whether the contractor is also eligible for execution of the second part of the assignment.
