The contracting authority at its own expense and risk - according to the nomenclature specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy from

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of diesel fuel to its own needs of the Ordering Party
headquarters in the amount of about 200 m3 in the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, i.e. about 200 m3 in
annual scale, meeting at least the quality parameters in accordance with the PN-EN-590 standard, suitable for
of a given season. Thus, the contracting authority does not guarantee the contractor that it will order oil in the amount of 200
m3. The contracting authority sets the minimum amount of oil purchased from the contractor at 160 m3 during the entire period

2.Diesel fuel should comply with the Polish standard: PN - EN 590: 2013 -12E "Fuels for vehicles
automotive - Diesel fuels - requirements and test methods" and the regulation of the Minister of Economy 22April 2020
amending on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 727, at
what the provisions of the Regulation are mandatory.
3.Diesel oil offered and delivered must comply with the current ones at the date of submission of tenders
Laws. In the event of a change in regulations or their replacement by other regulations, the oil supplied
each time the drive must meet the requirements resulting from the regulations in force on the day of delivery.
4.The diesel oil offered and supplied must be microbiologically pure and must be resistant during the period
throughout the year for possible microbiological contamination in tanks and installations of petrol stations and in
Buses.
5.Additives of diesel oil offered and supplied must be compatible with all available
on the market for motor oils authorised for marketing.
6.Diesel is designed to power diesel engines in city buses
meeting the Euro 0 to Euro VI emission standards, working in difficult conditions of public transport.
7. In order to confirm that the offered delivery meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party,
The Ordering Party shall request the following documents:
a) a document confirming the possession of a concession for trading in liquid fuels,
(b)a folder with the parameters of the fuel offered,
c) the completed Annex 1 to the "Offer" specification.
8.Place of performance of the subject of the contract (deliveries): Poland, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Nowy Targ, Konfederacji Street
Tatranská 1a. The order includes the transport of the subject of the order to the Ordering Party's headquarters,
carried out by the Contractor's own efforts, at his expense and responsibility.
9. Delivery of diesel fuel will take place on each order of the Ordering Party at least 3 times in
month, in the amount of about 5 m3 once within 3 days of placing the order.
10. Each delivery of the subject of the order will be considered completed at the time of signing by
authorized employees of the Ordering Party of the relevant delivery and acceptance document stating
completeness and compliance of the delivered diesel fuel with the Contractor's offer and after submission by
The contractor of the oil quality certificate.
11.A sample of the delivered oil will be taken from each delivery in the presence of the Contractor's driver

12.Difference in the quantity of diesel fuel delivered as specified in the delivery note and the quantity accepted by
The Ordering Party may not be more than 0.3%.
