Open procedure in aggregate form between the Territorial Social and Health Authority (ASST) of Lecco, as lead partner and ASST Brianza, ASST Lariana, ASST Rhodense and ASST Santi Paolo e Carlo, as members, for the award of the supply of diagnostic systems for Microbiology, for a contract period of 60 months, for a total contractual amount to be auctioned of €15,373,067.50 +VAT divided into the following lots:

• Lot 1 ANALYTICAL SYSTEM FOR THE COMPLETE AUTOMATION OF THE SOWING OF BIOLOGICAL SAMPLES

• Lot 2 DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS FOR THE BACTERIOLOGY SECTOR IN INTEGRATED SUB-LOTS

• Lot 3 DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS FOR MYCOBACTERIOLOGY, MYCOLOGY AND RARE MICROORGANISMS

• Lot 4 DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS FOR THE VIROLOGY SECTOR;

Analytical system for the complete automation of the sowing of biological samples, preparation

slides for microscopic examination, enrichment of liquid broths, incubation and reading

culture media equipped with management software, accessories, consumables and devices

collection and transport in liquid microbiology

We require the provision of:

- ready-to-use culture media for microbiology;

- automated system for the identification of microorganisms (bacteria and yeasts) by MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry;

- automated system for the biochemical identification of microorganisms (bacteria and yeasts) and for the execution of the antibiogram in automation for microorganisms of clinical interest: Gram-negative and Gram bacteria -positive;

- semi-automatic broth microdilution system for the determination of the antimicrobial sensitivity of multidrug-resistant bacteria and yeasts;

- non-invasive automated system for blood cultures that allows the growth and detection of aerobic microorganisms, anaerobes and yeasts of clinical interest;

- middleware instrumentation able to manage in an integrated way the bacteriology sector (including locations remote from the main office).

We require the provision of:

- an instrumentation for the incubation of liquid culture media for mycobacteria;

- ready-to-use solid and liquid culture media necessary for the growth and identification of

mycobacteria;

- Land dedicated to the diagnosis of specific pathogens.
