The purpose of this tender is to select one Contractor who can unburden THE RET with regard to the delivery, implementation, expansion and further development of an Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solution and associated management, maintenance and support services with which the best price-quality ratio is achieved in accordance with the requirements and wishes in the Program of Requirements and Wishes (PvE&W) and the regulations and conditions of the RET.
