The subject of the contract is the installment purchase of a brand new tomographic device, the performance of the necessary adaptation and installation works as well as the assembly, commissioning and commissioning of the supplied apparatus along with the implementation of the radiological protection project and the necessary as-built documentation. Details are presented in the SWZ and the appendices to the SWZ.

The order concerns:

1) supply of a brand new tomographic apparatus with high clinical performance and high quality imaging;

2) performing assembly works of the tomographic device, its commissioning and commissioning;

3) performing the necessary adaptation and installation works in the premises of the tomographic laboratory;

4) designing permanent radiological protection covers in the tomographic laboratory room (test room) for the offered computer tomograph;

5) making the necessary as-built documentation;

6) delivery of a duplicator for burning CDs / DVDs;

7) Integration of devices being the subject of the contract with the RIS Eskulap/ PACS Medidok/ HIS Eskulap system of the Ordering Party:

a. connection and integration to the RIS system owned by the Ordering Party,

b. connection and integration to the Medical Orders – Diagnostic Laboratory module in the HIS system owned by the Ordering Party,

c. connection and integration to the PACS system owned by the Ordering Party;

(8) on-site training of staff:

- medical staff (minimum 5 days after 8 hours),

- technical staff indicated by the Ordering Party – service training in the scope of activities allowed by the instruction manual and warranty conditions (minimum one-day eight-hour training).

Note: The Ordering Party provides a view – the location of the rooms of the studio (Appendix No. 14 to the SWZ).
