The object of the framework contract to be awarded is the calculation of the values of markers by the tenderer on the basis of satellite images and making them available to the ARIB in a machine-readable form (i.e. via the API) in accordance with the conditions laid down in the basic documents of the public procurement and together with the additional services/works specified in the public procurement explanatory document (RSD). The more precise conditions for the performance of the framework agreement and the calculation of the values of the markers are set out in the technical description of the object of the framework agreement in clause 4.3 of the RSD.
