Hillerød Vand A/S (hereinafter referred to as HV) is to establish a new clean water pipeline from Novafos' Sjælsø Waterworks in Rudersdal Municipality to HV's pipeline network in Hillerød. In this connection, HV wants an adviser (hereinafter referred to as the Tenderer) who can assist with advice on the choice of route, detailed design, handling of authority matters, tendering of the construction contract as well as construction management and supervision during the construction work and handover business.

The present invitation to tender shall therefore cover:

- Part A: Advice related to choice of route and detailed design

- Part B Handling of regulatory matters

- Part C Tendering for the works contract

- Part D Construction management and supervision of construction work and handover business
