The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ. The supply of gaseous fuel will take place on the basis of an agreement containing the provisions of a comprehensive agreement (sale, storage, transmission or distribution of gaseous fuel to the recipient) and is to be performed under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 295, as amended), the Civil Code and implementing regulations issued on their basis. The Gas Characteristics of the facilities are described in Appendix 2 to the Draft Agreement.
