1.The subject of the contract is the supply and financing in the form of operational leasing of used specialized vehicles – two dustless single-chamber garbage trucks and a street sweeper.
2.The subject of the contract has been divided into three parts:
Part 1: supply and financing in the form of operational leasing of a used specialized vehicle – a single-chamber dustless garbage truck on the ON.
Part 2: supply and financing in the form of operational leasing of a used specialist vehicle – a dustless single-chamber CNG refuse truck.
Part 3: Supply and financing in the form of an operational lease of a second-hand specialised vehicle – a street sweeper.
3.A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Part II of the SWZ.

Technical characteristics of the vehicle:
1) Complete garbage truck body 1 chamber, rear loading with a load box capacity of at least 21 m3 intended for collecting and transporting waste collected in bags and containers with a capacity from 120 liters to 1100 liters.
2) Year of manufacture of the chassis not older than 2019, and the body not older than 2019, undamaged.
3) Garbage truck chassis:
- fuel — ON,
- emission - minimum EURO 6,
- the power of the engine minimum 320 hp,
- mileage of not more than 170 000 km,
- number of axles – 3, including one rear steering axle,
- DMC minimum 26000 kg.
4) Working headlamp at the rear of the building.
5) Bodywork according to CE.
6) Vehicle manufactured for right-hand traffic.
7) Warning Triangle.
8) Fire extinguisher with an attestation.
9) Industrial pharmacy compliant with DIN 13157 PLUS standard (dust-tight packaging).
10) Driver + passenger mats.
11) Seat belts.
12) Additional mirrors for safety, including a front front front front cab mirror and ramp wide-angle mirrors.
13) Lighting, marking and sound signalling of the vehicle according to applicable traffic laws in Poland.
14) Warning rotational light.
15) 24V electrical system.
16) Cabin air-conditioned, daytime.
17) Three-seater cabin.
18) Digital Tachograph - legalized.
19) Audio system (min. 2 speakers + radio).
20) Factory-made backup camera for handling containers from 120 liters to 1100 liters, having a comb and paws for handling containers 1100 l. Manually stop the movement of the container at any time in the cycle.
21) Control of the inlet via buttons mounted on both sides of the retaliation.
22) Two rear steps for the Chargers.
23) Smooth crumple adjustment.
24) External camera on the charge (rear) with monitor mounted in the driver's cab.
(25) Compaction of waste by linear crushing. The degree of waste concentration is at least 1:4.
26) Factory-made bodywork.
Financial terms of operating leases:
1) Leasing period: 48 months from the date of transfer of the leased object, but not shorter than the period of repayment of leasing installments and purchase of the vehicle.
2) Initial payment: 20 % of the net value of the vehicle.
3) Number of lease instalments: 47.
4) Vehicle buy-out: 1% of the net value of the vehicle.
5) Variable interest rate.
6) Settlement currency: Polish PLN (PLN).
Additional conditions:
1) As part of the delivery, the contractor shall ensure that at least two drivers of the contracting authority are trained in the construction and operation of the vehicle.
2) Insurance of vehicles for the leasing period, including the costs of additional insurance required by the insurer, shall be borne by the Ordering Party, who independently selects the insurer and concludes a contract with him, which will include insurance in the full package, i.e. OC, AC, NNW with abolished consumption of the sum and with abolished own share in damage, theft.
3) In the case of delivery of a vehicle not registered in the Republic of Poland, the Contractor is obliged to provide a set of documents with translations and the first inspection required to register the ordered vehicle in Poland.
4) The Contractor shall grant the Contracting Authority a 3-month warranty for the delivered vehicle under the conditions specified in more detail in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (SWZ-part III).

4) In the case of delivery of a vehicle not registered in the Republic of Poland, the Contractor is obliged to provide a set of documents with translations and the first inspection required to register the ordered vehicle in Poland, as well as factory approval of the vehicle and garbage truck equipment and the TDT Audit Book for the CNG tank.
5) The Contractor shall grant the Contracting Authority a 3-month warranty for the delivered vehicle under the conditions specified in more detail in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (SWZ-part III).
