The contract concerns the subscription and management of insurance contracts covering the risks specified below, by means of a call for tenders procedure in application of Articles R. 2161-1 to R. 2161-5 of public order code: “Damage to property, civil liability, vehicle fleet” insurance market.

Real estate park owned or occupied by the subscriber.

The insurance applies to the pecuniary consequences of the liability that may fall to the subscriber by virtue of legislation, regulations or case law, or even on a contractual basis, due to damage or injury caused to others.

The vehicle fleet will be insured in the form of a single “Fleet” contract. The inventory will be updated at the end of the financial year to serve as a basis for the premium review for the new financial year.
