The assignment to be tendered is defined as follows: The contractor must provide the schools of MeerderWeert with the learning materials that are relevant for primary education. Learning materials are understood to mean:

a) (digital) methods and learning materials;

(b) school supplies and writing materials for pupils;

c) handicraft material;

d) game and development material.

The Client reserves the right to purchase educational methods and materials that the Contractor does not supply from third parties.

The scope of the contract was approximately EUR 250,000 excluding VAT for 2019. Tenderers cannot derive any rights from this amount, as this depends on the needs of the schools.

The annual size of the contract is expected to decrease over the term of the agreement.
