Engineering services according to Part 4 Section 2 HOAI, specialist planning services for construction maintenance work in the area of Pforzheim University in the HLSK department (KG 410, 420, 430, 470 and 480).

The planning task includes construction maintenance tasks with total construction costs (GBK) of up to 150,000 euros gross for at least two years with the option of extension for a further year to a maximum of four years.

The client reserves the right to commission the contractor with additional small construction measures with GBK up to 2,000,000 euros gross.

The retrieval of all services takes place via the placement of individual orders.
