The target of the procurement is the winter maintenance services of the zoning roads. The procurement includes the vehicle fleet needed to carry out the plowing, its operation and the necessary personnel. The annual winter maintenance period is from November to April.
The procurement is divided into five areas, which correspond to the winter maintenance areas to be put out to tender. The selection of service providers is made on a sector-by-sector basis. The service provider can only be selected for one area with the same equipment resources.
The agreement does not constitute an obligation for the Subscriber to purchase a quantity or an exclusive right for the service provider to provide the service.
The agreement enters into force with a signature and is valid until 30.4.2025. The agreement is scheduled to start on 1.11.2022. After the basic agreement period, the Subscriber has the right to extend the contract period with one (1) option period for the period 1.11.2025-30.4.2026.
