Construction of a medium pressure category C gas pipe (MPC) in polyethylene tube (PE eight bars - diameter 160) from the municipality of Castelnau-de-Médoc to the municipality of Saint-Laurent Médoc, i.e. a total length of approximately 15 km.

The works include:

Studies and preparation:

- the project implementation plans;

- obtaining authorizations for works in the public domain;

- the technical notices of the works to be carried out;

- plans of passage of particular points;

- calculation notes;

- the nomenclature of materials;

- supply of materials and equipment;

- the sheets of materials and equipment to be implemented;

- reception of materials.

Works:

- picketing marking;

- all earthworks;

- directional drilling;

- laying of the polyethylene pipe;

- fitting of the shut-off valve, purge and accessories;

- topographical surveys of the works executed;

- mechanical resistance and tightness tests;

- drying of the pipeline;

- connection to the existing network;

- track repairs;

- fitting of the marking terminals.

Constitution of the end of work file:

- proofing plans;

- the nomenclature and the equipment reception reports;

- the qualifications of the personnel;

- the welding book;

- the proofs and drying reports;

- the road acceptance reports with the departments concerned.
