The Contracting Authority wants to use this competition to enter into service agreements for ventilation, heating and sanitation consultant engineers (RIV) This is in order to meet the Contracting Authority's needs with regard to the operation, maintenance and development of its building stock, and the needs of Helsebygg Midt-Norge with regard to projects.

The framework agreement applies to the Contracting Authority's properties and any leased space. The properties are mainly located in central Trondheim, but also include Østmarka, Brøset, Tiller, and Lian. The agreement also includes the Contracting Authority's properties at Orkanger, Røros and Haltdalen.
