The subject of the contract is the delivery of 7 pieces of brand new sanitary containers meeting the "Standard of sanitary container equipment, Type Ksan" (Annex No. 20 to the "Guidelines for the standardization of equipment for fire-fighting vehicles and other means of transport of the State Fire Service" of April 14, 2011, approved by the Commander-in-Chief on 20.04.2015) and the technical parameters and equipment indicated in the content of Annex 2 to this specification in the procedure entitled "Description the subject of the contract. Minimum technical and functional requirements for a sanitary container – 7 pcs.". Containers will be used to secure activities carried out by PSP units.

The remaining conditions for the performance of the contract are specified in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, the model of which is attached as Annex 3 to the SWZ. Delivered containers must be brand new, year of manufacture not earlier than 2022, free from physical and legal defects and claims of third parties.
