The target of the procurement is the procurement of interpretation services and related expert services for the use of various divisions and public enterprises of the City of Helsinki.

The acquisition is divided into two (2) subdivisions:

Part 1: Presence and pre-booked remote interpreting (incl. notification interpretation), three (3) Service providers are selected

Section 2: Quick interpreting, two (2) Service providers are selected

A maximum of five (5) Service Providers will be selected to provide the Service.

Bids can be made for one or both areas.

In-person and pre-booked remote interpreting includes the following services:

- Presence Interpretation

- pre-booked remote interpreting

- notification interpretation

- additional services related to interpretation services, on request separately.

Express Interpreting includes the following services:

- quick interpreting

- additional services related to interpretation services, on request separately.
