The Gymnasium Olching will be rebuilt as part of a general renovation, slightly expanded and adapted to the requirements of a modern school building with a complete reorganization of the floor plan. First, all non-load-bearing components inside as well as the windows and the roof waterproofing will be dismantled. In small areas, pollutants must also be dismantled. After the dismantling work, interventions are made in the load-bearing structure of the building with demolition and renewal of ceilings, addition and reinforcement of columns and foundations as well as dismantling of the exposed concrete slabs on the façade. In the further construction process, the entire interior fittings with all installations as well as a completely new façade and roof construction will be rebuilt, partly as a compact roof, partly as a slightly inclined profiled sheet metal roof.
