Sansia Oy will request your offer on behalf of the Subscribers committed to the joint procurement for respiratory aids suitable for home use (cpap/apap devices, masks, oxygen concentrators).

The procurement is planned for an open-ended contract period starting from 5.12.2022 at the earliest in accordance with this invitation to tender and the appendices to it.

The start date of the contract period is only an estimate.

The procurement is divided into three (3) different areas as follows:

1. Cpap/apap -laitteet

2. CPAP / APAP / NIV -maskit

3. Happirikastimet

The tenderer or, if it so wishes, offers products solely for one area, two sub-areas or all areas at its own discretion.

If the tenderer is selected as a contract supplier for several areas, it is possible to combine the contracts for the same contract to be concluded.

Apap equipment for home use and accessories / fittings included in them.

- CPAP/APAP -laite

- SPARE PART: Humidifier water tank

- SPARE PART: Filter

- SPARE PART: Heated hose

- SPARE PART: Non-heated hose

- SPARE PART: Mains power cord of the device including any transformers needed

- SPARE PART: Sidewall (when the water tank is not in place)

- SPARE PART: Air output connector

- OPTION1: Dropshipping service; parcel locker / pick-up point. (Which should be offered)

- OPTIONAL OPTION 2: Home dropshipping service (Not mandatory to provide)
