Maintenance cleaning services for the office building of VBB Verkehrsverbund Berlin-Brandenburg GmbH

The client maintains an office operation in the Stralauer Platz 29 building in 10243 Berlin with meeting rooms and corresponding side rooms. The maintenance cleaning of this object is the subject of the contract to be awarded. The services are divided into workday services (daily calculation) and half-yearly services (calculated according to service provision) in accordance with the award documents. In addition, consumables (hand soap, towel paper, hygiene foam, hygiene bags, toilet paper) must be ordered by the contractor (or via its subcontractor) according to requirements, delivered to the client free of use and the dispensers intended for this purpose must be filled in accordance with the specifications of the allocation documents.

It is necessary to plan with public traffic, especially in the meeting areas and the info center. Normal soiling and waste occurs in the client's office operation.

Note: Proof of participation in a visit is a prerequisite for the evaluation of incoming offers. The companies participating in the tender are asked to arrange a viewing appointment via the ElVis award portal after receipt of the tender documents. Offers from bidders who have not taken part in a tour of the rooms will be excluded from the evaluation.
