The University of Oulu (hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Unit or the Client) acquires expert services for the maintenance and application maintenance of the Peppi system's server environment (development, training, test and production). This includes system installation, configuration, updates, security updates, as well as operating system installations and operating system maintenance procedures.

Oulu University of Applied Sciences Ltd (Oamk) has the right to procure services on the basis of this competitive bidding process on the same terms. However, Oamk does not undertake to acquire anything based on the invitation to tender or this agreement.

A maximum of one (1) framework supplier shall be selected for the framework agreement. The Procurement Agreement does not contain any quantity purchase obligations and does not give the Service Provider the exclusive right to provide the Service to the Subscriber.

Estimated total value of the procurement: 680,000 - 1,000,000 (VAT 0%).
