The contract that is the subject of the invitation to tender concerns school transport in accordance with section 32 of the Basic Education Act (628/1998) and the invitation to tender and its appendices for the school years 2023–2024 and 2024–2025 of the comprehensive schools of the municipality of Hausjärvi. At the end of the contract period, the client (municipality of Hausjärvi) has the right to exercise the option concerning school transport for the academic year 2025–2026 in the manner stipulated in the invitation to tender and the attached procurement agreement (Appendix 5).
The procurement complies with the Public Procurement Act (1397/2016, the Procurement Act).
The open procedure in accordance with section 32 of the Procurement Act is used as the procurement procedure. The procurement is above the EU threshold.
