Delivery of a compact UPLC MS/MS system

The subject matter of the contract is the delivery and operational installation, including installation of the required software, a UPLC system coupled with a triple-quad mass spectrometer (hereinafter referred to as the UPLC-MS/MS system) including laboratory furniture suitable for use and a nitrogen generator. In addition, at least one day of expert initial instruction in the UPLC MS/MS system is provided by suitable, German-speaking personnel and at least three days of training by a suitable English- or German-speaking application specialist at the customer's site. In addition, german or English instruction manual must be provided in electronic form for each device. In addition, maintenance of the UPLC MS/MS system must be carried out annually for a period of two years from the date of operational installation. Furthermore, after the operational set-up, technical, device and software telephone or online support must be ensured for a period of eight years and the availability of spare parts and consumables must be guaranteed. In addition, updates to the next verified software version for data acquisition and data evaluation software are provided for at least five years from the date of operational installation.
