Description:
“Reception and recovery of waste code 19 12 12 produced in the Waste Management Plant at Rzeszotarska Street in Legnica with part-division”

The subject of the contract is the collection and management by recovery (excluding storage and storage) by the Contractor of waste code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11, produced at the Plant The development of Waste in Legnica on Rzeszotarska Street, hereinafter referred to as “ZZO”. The collection and management of the waste shall be carried out in accordance with the current authorizations held by the Contractor or Subcontractor.

The Contracting Authority shall allow the submission of partial tenders for individual parts of the contract. The Contractor may submit a tender for one or both of the following parts of the contract:

1) PART No 1 of the “Reception and development by recovery of waste code 19 12 12 produced from mixed and selectively harvested municipal waste”,

2) PART No 2 of the “Receiving and zoning through recovery of waste code 19 12 12 produced from large-sized waste”.

“Reception and development by recovery of waste code 19 12 12 generated from mixed and selectively harvested municipal waste”

The maximum amount of waste intended for receipt and use under PART No 1 of the REPORT for a period of 12 months shall be 20.000 Mg. Waste code 19 12 12 12 will be ready for receipt by the Contractor after the following processes ፦sorting mixed municipal waste in the amount of approximately 75% projected for waste collection, -sorting of raw materials waste code 15 01 06 and similar in the amount of approximately 25% projected for waste collection of waste. . Both w/w types of waste go through a sorting process. The waste is sorted using ferrous and non-ferrous metal separators, among others. However, the Contracting Authority does not ensure that the waste will be free of this type of inclusion. Technical parameters of waste code 19 12 12 12 (CONDITIONS PART NR 1 REPLACEMENT) ፦dry weight - 53,8%, -general organic vegan (TOC) - 40,0%, -loss at roasting (LOI) - 72.3%, -combustion heat - 15.8 MJ/kg. The results given above were established based on research by an accredited laboratory. The Contracting Authority does not guarantee a permanent morphological composition of the waste. Received waste lots may differ as to the technical parameters given above. Therefore, any differences will not constitute grounds for claims by the Contractor in relation to the Contracting Authority. The service must be carried out in the successive waste collection system every working day from 07.00 to 15.00. The Contracting Authority provides 1 to 8 courses per day on the working day. The number of courses and hours of collection of waste may change after prior determination by the Parties. The arrangements are also subject to possible interruptions in the implementation of receipts due to organisational and technical reasons. The Contracting Authority does not provide a minimum weight for individual transports (courses). The indicative weights of transports are ፦medium- approx. 18.50 Mg, -minimally- approx. 13,00 Mg, -maximal- approx. 22.00 Mg. Receipt of waste code 19 12 12 shall be carried out by transport organised by the Contractor at his expense. The waste shall be stored in bulk without roofing and shall be loaded in such form on a means of transport substituted by the Contractor. The Ordering Authority does not anticipate baling of waste. Loading will be carried out by the Ordering Party with equipment allowing the Contractor's transport measure to be completed efficiently. The Ordering Party has equipment (loaders) capable of loading standard floor-type semi-trailers. Weighing of the waste received by the Contractor shall be carried out on the legalized weight of the Ordering Party located on the territory of the RZO. The description of the object of the contract is Annex 1 to the template of the contract, which is Annex 1 to the SWZ.

“Reception and development through recovery of waste code 19 12 12 produced from bulky waste”

The maximum amount of waste intended for receipt and use under PART No 2 of the REPLACEMENT over a period of 12 months shall be 2,500 Mg. Waste code 19 12 12 12 will be ready for receipt by the Contractor after the manual and mechanical processing of large-sized waste code 20 03 07. Waste is derived from the processing of typical large-sized waste of municipal origin (old furniture, etc.). Waste code 19 12 12 will be transmitted for receipt in a chipped form using a metal seperator (Doppstadt DW 3060 slow-speed chipper or a replacement with similar parameters). No studies of the morphological composition of waste code 19 12 12 were carried out in terms of the basic technical parameters for the use of alternative fuel (REPORT PART No 2 of the REPLACEMENT). The service must be carried out in the successive waste collection system every working day from 07.00 to 15.00. The Contracting Authority provides 1 to 3 courses per day on the working day. The number of courses and hours of collection of waste may change after prior determination by the Parties. The arrangements are also subject to possible interruptions in the implementation of receipts due to organisational and technical reasons. The Contracting Authority does not provide a minimum weight for individual transports (courses). The indicative weights of transports are ፦medium- approx. 18.50 Mg, -minimally- approx. 14.80 Mg, -maximum- approx. 20.50 Mg. Receipt of waste code 19 12 12 shall be carried out by transport organised by the Contractor at his expense. The waste shall be stored in bulk without roofing and shall be loaded in such form on a means of transport substituted by the Contractor. The Ordering Authority does not anticipate baling of waste.
