The purpose of this file is the contracting of regularization, revision, inspection and conformity certificate operations by an Authorized Control Agency (OCA) agent for the diesel tanks of the generator sets of the Itelazpi communications centers, SA

The scope of the file includes the performance of different operations:

- item 1: mandatory multi-annual periodicity review with delivery of report (Bizkaia and Araba diesel tanks every five years, Gipuzkoa diesel tanks every three years),

- Item 2: Inspection and issuance of a revision certificate carried out by an agent of an Authorized Control Agency (OCA), with a report documented according to current regulations, presented and admitted to the Industry Delegation (diesel deposits from Bizkaia and Araba every ten years , Gipuzkoa diesel tanks every six years,

- Item 3: visual inspection, thickness measurement and tightness tests according to the method authorized by current regulations, for buried deposits and for pipes associated with aerial deposits. Includes pre-cleaning, degassing and drying of the inner surface of the tanks,

- item 4: project to legalize a new installation using the procedure described in Royal Decree 1523/1999 of October 1, following the Complementary Technical Instructions ITC-MI-IP03 "Oil installations for own use",

- Item 5: removal and recycling of existing fuel in tanks, management of stored waste and transported to authorized treatment plants. Includes transportation and provisioning of auxiliary tanks for the storage of existing fuel in the tank,

- Item 6: transportation and supply of diesel fuel, to fill tanks located in the emission centers located in mountains with difficult access. The price of EUR / liter (EUR / l) will include transport and labor.

Unit prices will be requested for each of the six items or sets of operations, taking into account that there are different tank capacities (400, 1,500, 5,000 or 10,000 liters), locations (interior or exterior) and dispositions (air or buried).
