The purpose of this specification is to establish the specific technical conditions for the procurement of the supply of briks of 200 ml of UHT whole milk with lactose and briks of 200 ml of semi-skimmed milk without lactose UHT cow to the schools of the Community of Madrid participating in the School Milk Consumption Program of the European Union for the 2022/2023 academic year, within the framework of the School Programmes regulated by Regulation (EU) 1308/2013
