1. The subject of the Order is the lease of 6 electric multiple units for the needs of Koleje Śląskie Sp. z o.o. (divided into parts A, B, C).
2. The procurement procedure shall be conducted in an open tender procedure, pursuant to the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law (i.e. of 14 July 2023: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1605), hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement Law" or "the Public Procurement Law".
3. This order is a sector order.
