The subject of the contract is the Contractor's supply of red meat, animal fats, red meat sausages and poultry sausages to the 41st School Aviation Base in Dęblin, in accordance with standards and assortment, quantities and all requirements set out in Chapter IV of the ToR and in the "Detailed Description the subject of the order for individual tasks "- Annexes 1a and 1b to the ToR. 3. The subject of the contract includes the following two tasks (parts of the contract): The contracting authority allows submission of partial bids for all parts of the contract (in accordance with Article 36aa (2) of the Public Procurement Law).

Successive deliveries of red meat and animal fats in 2019.The subject of the contract is the Contractor's successive supply of red meat and animal fats in 2019. CPV code according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary: 15111100-0; 15113000-3, 15114000-0, 15412100 - 0. The contracting authority does not allow the contractor to offer products that the ordering party, in connection with the description of the subject of the order by means of standards - allows equivalent solutions described in Annexes 1a and 1b to the ToR (legal basis: Article 30 (4) of the PPL). The contractor who refers to equivalent solutions described by the contracting authority is required to demonstrate that the deliveries of the subject of the contract offered by him meet the requirements set out by the contracting authority in Annexes 1a and 1b to the ToR, submitting together with the offer: - a description of each equivalent product, e.g. : detailed product card, declaration of compliance, laboratory test report confirming the compliance of the physico-chemical and quality properties of a given product with those described by the ordering party. The description of each equivalent product is included in the offer only by the Contractor who offers equivalent products. Failure to attach the descriptions referred to above to the offer, and no indication of the application of equivalence means that the Contractor shall offer products in accordance with the Awarding Entity's requirements without applying the equivalence. The value of the contract exceeds the amount specified for supplies and services in provisions issued based on Art. 11 paragraph 8 of the Act, i.e. EUR 144,000.00. The terms and conditions for the implementation of this contract are set out in the "Detailed description of the subject of the contract" Annex 1a to the ToR, as well as in the "General Terms and Conditions" for task I, Annex 5 to the ToR. The Employer does not allow the submission of variants. The Employer does not intend to conclude The contracting authority does not intend to establish a dynamic purchasing system. The orderer does not intend to conduct an electronic auction. The documents requested are subject to the Regulation of the Prime Minister of July 26, 2016 on the types of documents that the Employer may request from the Contractor, and the forms in which these documents may be submitted (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1126). In matters not covered by the Act, the provisions of the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 380) shall apply. The Employer informs that pursuant to art. 24aa of the Act, will first evaluate the offers, and then examine whether the Contractor whose offer was best rated in accordance with the criteria for the evaluation of the offers, specified in the ToR, is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure. ORDERS REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 67 PAR. 1 ITEM 6 ACT PZP. The awarding entity does not envisage the award of contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 and the Public Procurement Law. 10.
