Award of a framework agreement on external service support for the implementation of penetration tests.

The services to be provided are described in Appendix 1.2 (Service Description) and Appendix 1.3 Price Sheet. In addition, the KDN and the retrieving members can call up further penetration tests and services related to the contractor's penetration tests, which are remunerated according to the time required.

The frequency of penetration tests to be performed is determined by the retrieving member.
The estimated demand is presented in the price sheet (Appendix 1.3).
- There is an obligation for the KDN and the members named in Annex 1.1 to accept procurements in the amount of the specified minimum requirement during the term of the contract.
- There is no further obligation to accept.
- The maximum value of the framework agreement for 24 months is EUR 2,000,000. This is the maximum possible investment of the client and the members entitled to call on the basis of this contract.
Note: In the event of any contract renewals, the maximum value for the entire contract will be adjusted in accordance with Section 2.4 of the procurement document.
The minimum and maximum quantities or investment volumes specified for the individual product categories, on the other hand, are only indicative and represent an estimate by the client on the basis of which the valuation is carried out. The KDN is entitled to shift the notified quantities / volumes between the individual product categories or the different service gradations.
Where a framework agreement is concluded with an undertaking, the individual contracts based on that framework agreement shall be awarded in accordance with the conditions laid down in the procurement documents.
Price increases due to the possible non-achievement of the specified maximum quantities are excluded.
