This framework agreement with purchase orders is concluded on behalf of the Department of Val d'Oise, the GIP Pacrret, the SDIS Val d'Oise and the City of Cergy to meet the needs of the Group of orders formed between these 4 members, in application of article 28 of the ordinance nº 2015-899 related to the public markets, for the award of a market relating to the provision of very high speed Internet access. The consultation is carried out in the form of an open call for tenders, made pursuant to Articles 25, 33, 66 to 68, 78 and 80 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public contracts.

This contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders concluded without an overall minimum amount and with an overall maximum amount of 600 000 EUR (HT). It is concluded for a period of 3 years from 24.2.2019.
