St. Martini GmbH is the legal entity of the St. Martini Hospital in Duderstadt and belongs to the Elisabeth Vinzenz Association. For over 650 years, St. Martini Hospital has been offering the population of Eichsfeld comprehensive medical and nursing care. With a total of 140 beds in the specialist departments of general internal medicine, cardiology, geriatrics with early rehabilitation, general and visceral surgery with vascular surgery, trauma surgery and orthopaedics with certified endoprosthetics centre, gynaecology as well as anaesthesia and intensive care medicine, all treatment options of basic and standard care are offered and form the medical centre of Untereichsfeld. The St. Martini Hospital is planning the redesign of the nursing and specialist discipline in the existing building complex in conjunction with an extension of the building structure in 2 construction phases.
Part of this invitation to tender are the "metal construction works, steel glass elements" with the following coarse masses:
DIN 18318 Traffic route construction work – Paving slabs and slab coverings in unbound design, edging
• Approx. 4,000 cbm of soil removal and excavation of excavation pits after homogeneous layers and disposal (or reinstallation) according to the Geotechnical Investigation Report 'Excavation Disposal'
• Approx. 900 cbm of pipeline trench excavation for various pipeline routes and inspection shafts according to homogeneous layers and disposal (or reinstallation) according to the present Geotechnical Investigation Report 'Excavation Disposal'
• Approx. 100 m of SW lines (PP-MD material) plus inspection shafts
• Approx. 450 m RW lines (350 m PP-MD line; 100 m concrete bell socket pipes) plus inspection shafts
• Approx. 200 m dry extinguishing water pipe (PP) plus emptying shafts
• Approx. 200 sqm of gabion retaining walls, including girder plank wall protection of the excavation pit
• Approx. 3,800 square meters of concrete block paving areas (unbound; including base courses, edgings, surface water flows, drains, etc.)
• Equipment such as bicycle support brackets, benches, bollards, waste bins, traffic signs, (smoking) pavilion
• approx. 250 sqm planting areas plus individual trees and hedges
