The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of timber harvesting and harvesting, forest management: forest breeding, forest protection, fire protection forest, seeds, meadow and agricultural management to be carried out in the Rozwadów Forest District in 2022.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes a total amount of work in the field of harvesting and harvesting wood, forest management: forest breeding, forest protection, fire protection. forest, seeds, meadow and agricultural tourism management resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Appendix No. 3.4. – information on the use of possible wood harvesting technologies:

The tangible ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.4. are estimated.
