1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of marked police vehicles, hereinafter referred to as vehicles, divided into two tasks:

1) Task No. 1 - Supply of 86 police vehicles marked with an automatic transmission;

2) Task No. 2 - Supply of 162 police vehicles marked with a manual gearbox.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2A-B to the contract documentation - as appropriate for the task.

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 86 police vehicles marked with an automatic transmission, including:

a) 32 vehicles equipped with radio type indicated in Annex 1Ł to Annex 2A to the order documentation;

b) 39 vehicles equipped with radio of the type indicated in Annex No. 2Ł to Annex No. 2A to the order documentation;

c)) 15 vehicles equipped with radio stations of the type indicated in Annex No. 3Ł to Annex No. 2A to the order documentation.

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 162 police vehicles marked with a manual gearbox, including:

a) 56 vehicles equipped with radio of the type indicated in Annex No. 1Ł to Annex No. 2B to the order documentation;

b) 95 vehicles equipped with radio stations of the type indicated in Annex No. 2Ł to Annex No. 2B to the order documentation;

c)) 11 vehicles equipped with radio stations of the type indicated in Annex No. 3Ł to Annex No. 2B to the order documentation.
