This assignment represents the useful tool to acquire services for Basic Professional Social Service activities through the provision of some of the services listed below in compliance with the provisions in force regarding the public responsibility for taking charge of citizens in need.

The contract has as its object the assignment of the management of the professional social service, considering that this service appears to have a strategic importance for the municipal administration to be managed with less centralized and more subsidiary methods in which the private non-profit social is, for knowledge and specificity, a privileged partner.

2. The general objectives of the service shall be to ensure the capacity of individual actors, networks and the local community to act in meeting needs. The operational objectives pursued are:

- the reduction of marginalization and loneliness of people in general;

- awareness in subjects and social networks of the needs and tasks to be addressed to restore well-being;

- greater participation and availability of people to help;

- greater connection and cohesion of social networks;

- the qualitative and quantitative strengthening of social networks;

- the reduction of situations of risk and lack of protection.
