The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor, using his own equipment, services related to winter maintenance of provincial roads in the winter season of road maintenance 2019/2020, i.e. combating slippery and clearing snow of provincial roads in the Road District in Puławy, from the available point: the seat of the Road District in Puławy, ul. Dęblińska 27.

The scope of the contract includes:

1) fighting slippery and clearing snow off roads according to winter maintenance standards set by the Employer (constituting an attachment to the ToR);

2) maintaining in constant readiness the equipment intended for the implementation of the contract together with its service from the date of signing the contract to the end of the provision of services covered by the contract, i.e. until 30.4.2020;

3) providing direct communication with the operation of the equipment used to perform the contract, in order to give instructions to the service by the persons referred to in § 4 paragraph 2 of the contract and the immediate transfer by this service to persons mentioned in § 4 para. 2 Contracts for information on:

1. current road condition;

2. the start and end time for the provision of services on individual road sections;

3. hazards caused by weather conditions;

4. other incidents noticed on the road;

4) making the equipment available to enable the Employer to control its preparation at the place and time indicated by the Employer, after the Contractor has notified readiness;

5) provide, at their own expense and through their own efforts, the ongoing and repair and renovation service of the equipment provided for the provision of services covered by the contract.
