This consultation focuses on a project management service for the constraint of the left bank of the banks of Siagne. The procurement procedure used is: open tender. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2-1º, R. 2131-18, R. 2132-2, R. 2132-4 to R. 2132-6, R. 2143-1 to R. 2143-2, R. 2151-1 to R. 2151-5, R. 2161-5, R. 2161-4 of the Public Order Code. It is a contract for installments pursuant to articles R. 2113-4 to R. 2113-6 of the public order code placed at a global and flat price (compensation package). Benefits are divided into a firm and two optional tranches.

The present contract is for a project management service for the constraction of the left bank of the banks of Siagne. Benefits are divided into a firm and two optional tranches:

— firm section: studies (AVP, PRO, ACT) and work monitoring (VISA, DET, AOR, OPC);

— optional tranche 1: complementary mission water law (establishment authorization file, declaration or other regulatory file);

— optional tranche 2: additional mission authorisation urbanism (establishment dossier urbanisme). The indicative share of the estimated financial envelope allocated to the works by the contracting authority shall be EUR 3 000 000 excluding VAT, i.e. EUR 3 600 000 (incl. VAT). The projected amount of work is likely to change to adapt to the reality of the programme. The duration of the contract is equal to the period of completion of the firm tranche (studies and follow-up of the works) and the optional instalments if strengthened (works until guarantee of perfect completion). The estimated overall duration of the market is sixteen months. Since the overall duration depends on the duration of execution of the work, the latter is given for information purposes only.
