The procedure for the award of a sectoral contract is conducted in an open tender procedure pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 11 September 2019 (Journal of Laws, item 2019, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the PPL. The proceedings are conducted in Polish. The information obligation resulting from Article 13(1) and (2) of the GDPR (EU) has been fulfilled on the PGG S.A. website in the GDPR tab. Pursuant to Article 393(1)(4) of the PPL, the contracting authority will reject an offer in which the share of products originating in the Member States of the European Union, countries with which the European Union has concluded agreements on equal treatment of entrepreneurs or countries to which the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU apply pursuant to the Council decision does not exceed 50%. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and legal requirements are set out in the SWZ. Tenders together with attachments and ESP, under pain of nullity, are drawn up in electronic form and bear a qualified electronic signature.
