In a Europe-wide open procedure, the city of Erkelenz tenders for the supply of protective and service clothing in the form of framework agreements in a total of 4 lots.

In the price sheets for the 4 lots, the estimated volume (quantities) for the first year is indicated. The annual demand in the following years can also be higher or lower or fluctuate annually. Exceeding and falling short are possible without influence on the prices quoted.

With Lot 1

- the fire jacket according to EN469 level 2 (colour: black-blue)

GORE-TEX (R) membrane or equivalent,

- the fire protection trousers according to EN469 level 2 (colour: black-blue)

GORE-TEX (R) membrane or equivalent,

- the protective suit jacket HuPF Part 3 (colour: black-blue),

- the protective suit waistband trousers HuPF Part 2 (color: black-blue)

- flame retardant hood (long version) 2-ply and

- Accessories: Back shields

All garments according to EN469 level 2 must be provided with the pictogram listed in the performance description in accordance with EN469:2020 standards and can be combined with the previous fire protection jackets and fire trousers according to Hupf 1/4.

All HuPF garments must be marked with the test number of the respective garment, e.g. Hupf Part 3 - 17.1.12.0977/20

The fire jacket and fire trousers offered in lot 1, as well as the protective suit jacket and protective suit waistband trousers must be produced by the same clothing manufacturer.

With Lot 2

- the service trousers Elegance (THE CLASSIC) or equivalent,

The fire gloves must be made of leather with a Porelle moisture lock and a Nomex knitted waistband.
